Peeling and chopping the mango was the only leap into the unknown for me -  if it is your first time facing a mango on the chopping board, maybe 'google' it first!  The Mango 'Hedgehog' method is the best way I found. 😃

After that.. it's a breeze... just mixing the ingredients in one bowl (leave the avocado till last - see instructions), and then you'll have yourself a juicy mango, creamy avocado, sweet tomato & zesty lime salsa - a complete fiesta of summer flavours! 🍋‍🟩🍅🥑⛱️
