We do everything we can to ensure you love your order from Treacle George, but if you do wish to return a product then please contact us at hello@treaclegeorge.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please also include details explaining why you wish to return the product.
CONDITIONS
Any item can be returned within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement or to make a refund crediting the original method of payment as long as the item is received by us unused, in perfect condition in its original packaging. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee to any order not returned to us in perfect condition. Postage costs will not be refunded but we will send exchange items free of charge by standard delivery.
The cost of returning an item to us is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage in case there are any issues with return shipping. We will not accept liability for orders lost or damaged while in the customer’s care or in transit by a third party.
If a faulty or damaged item is being returned, or we have sent the incorrect product, then we will refund any postage costs incurred by the customer and reimburse the cost of standard return postage. Should a fault (not related to misuse or wear and tear) develop with your product after the 28 days covered by our returns policy have expired then please contact us at hello@treaclegeorge.comso that we can discuss the available options.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please send your return item(s) and original receipt to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
If this is approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of the return of the goods. For refunds, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
